If you got an old a** wooden board or still use nasty plastic one you need this! I've used Ryuto for 3 months now and would never switch back because of how easy it is to wash it and the non toxic surface unlike others... I like things that feel premium and this board is definitely one of them. For real, if i put a handle on this i could use it as a shield in a sword fight (it feels THAT solid) Overall don't be deterred by price its worth to invest in it since it better for health and i will never need to replace it

I switched to these after watching a video of micro-plastic that you end up ingesting with plastic cutting board. These are real good alternative to wood (for mold safety) and plastic (bpa particles). The surface does show slight scratch marks after use but it is worth it knowing im safe.

I love the cutting boards and have now purchased them for my three children and their families. My one concern is that on my original purchase they failed to send me all the boards I ordered. They were not helpful in spite of incontrovertible evidence that they were in the wrong. When they finally admitted their mistake they did very little to appease me for all they had put me through.
